Whippendell Woods, Home of Star Wars

Whippendell Wood is an ancient woodland on the edges of Watford, England, covering an area of 165.3 acres. It is owned and managed by Watford Borough Council. It is a Site of Special Scientific Interest, and has held this status since 1954. Whippendell Wood has been used as a filming location for Star Wars; exterior shots for scenes set on the planet Naboo were filmed here for the 1999 prequel, The Phantom Menace.

Cassiobury Park, a corner of Paradise

Cassiobury park is the place where I go every time when I feel to relax, to charge my batteries. I discovered 2 years ago when I moved in Watford and I get in love of that magnificent place. You have got almost everything here; green fresh air, wildlife, canals, walks, golf court, tennis court and a nice playground for kids with a small train, Whippendell Woods where has been filmed Star Wars.
